If Dash Delete "play upbeat death metal without the distortion," then I have hamburgers for ears. Hailing from Aylesbury, their take on death metal is a bit more sun than gloom, falling in the tuneful indie pop arena. Since I can't be in five places at once, I missed these guys at The Great Escape, but it's okay. The band doesn't seem like they'll be a flash in the pan, as illustrated by the smart demos on their Myspace. Guess I'll see you next year, guys?
