SXSW Preview: The Others

Despite being pegged as mere Libertines rip-offs, The Others have blown up in their native England mainly due to playing out as much as possible and their approachability. Their stunning debut album ranks as one of last year's best, possessing a sound that exists somewhere between The Strokes and Pixies with plenty of punk rock spirit. Don't miss their show at SXSW -- it will be only their second show ever in the States! It's at the Flamingo Cantina Stage on March 15th at 10 pm.
