Mother Vulpine

I'm about to get on a red eye to Miami, so I thought I'd end my hiatus from Exitfare with a quick post. I wrote about Mother Vulpine back in November, lauding them for their energetic playing, theatric crescendos, and thunderous wall of sound. The Leeds based band continues to impress with their debut single, "Keep Your Wits Sharp (Her Words Are Quick)," a furiously angular post punk gem. Check out the self directed video for the single--which is, in a word, intense. It reminds me of the classic British music videos like "Karma Police" and "Rabbit in the Headlights."
