Five O'Clock Heroes Debut To Be Released

Transatlantic post-punkers Five O'Clock Heroes are set to release Bend To The Breaks [Glaze Records] in the States on September 18th. The band has built quite the following in the UK, so they are hoping to generate the same kind of buzz back home. Lead singer Antony Eliis hopped on the boat, as they say, and made his way to NYC, and hooked with with mates Nader Khierbek [bass] and fellow Brit Sam Embery [drums] to form a group that merger their love of wiry punk rock and disparate music forms like reggae. The band is doing a run through the European festival circuit, but they will be touring the States this fall.
