Division Day

According to their website, Division Day formed deep in the woods of Santa Cruz and since then they have released an EP, toured with bands such as Tristeza, Cass McCombs, Xiu Xiu, The Velvet Teen, McClusky, and Dredg and recorded an album, Beartrap Island. The group is teetering on big things, approximating a sound that is much like a football match between Fugazi and The Verve with Leonard Cohen as the ref. If everything comes together as planned, the album, should be out by March to coincide with their residency at The Echo [in LA].
