I've been into this bluesy/garagey San Diego group for some time, but I got a little lazy and lost track of them. They spent this past spring recording their debut album with Blake Sennett [Rilo Kiley, The Elected], which sees the light of day exclusively on iTunes on Sept. 4th [with bonus track "Shot in the Alley"], but you'll be able to pick up a real life copy of Humanimals while their on the road. You can see Grand Ole Party opening for Rilo Kiley for most of September & October.
